Question: How can I convert my Legendary Tsunami into a Vanity?

Been away for a while and turns out this is also a vanity now
I do have a Legendary Tsunami Weapon in my stash, is there a way to convert it into a vanity?

I have visited the vanity vendor in kraag, but he doesn’t sell a recipe for that kind of weapon.
