Xp runs please!

Looking for an open run in 1 hour. I prefer 2-3 elixired people.

What lvl group

Few questions:
When?
Where?
Gold Elixer good?
And im level 60, is that high enough?

Any level above 60 is ok. This is in Mt. Fang. Gold elixir is fine.
