Sorting this out now. Tier thresholds were higher in the game data than the forum post, will reapply based on the forum post values.

where's the Lvl61 Napalms that all player expecting?
Tiers should be correct now, looks like the vendors are missing some stuff, looking into it.

Pulse rifle packs and credits should now be granted, and vendors should be updated.
