Polar explorer set

Is it possible for the polar explorer set bonus to activate with the arctic ice weapons. Example:The black galaxy needs 2pcs+ weapon, and also the operations BLIZZARD set can wear either 2 pieces out of the (helm/armor/backpack) + arctic weapon to activate its op bonus.

Would also be generous if there was a proper stat bonus for the hardwork of finding the polar backpacks. X3 speed is not enough?? Maybe 4k dmg health and armor. Thanks :)
