What is this Public Test Server?

Sorry, I'm not aware of this thing. Can someone explain me what is it and what can you do during it?

The server will be testing the new arena. Sts will provide you with your own plat for elixirs, respect,etc. The server opens tomorrow, and you need a registered sts account, or a google account to login

They can, they are registered technically

Every account that is not a guest account is registered, don't worry. Sts took a snapshot this morning of the accounts so you are fine.
