Not sure if this is right place to post, but is it possible for the vampire to drop a dragon vanity. I've heard it being done before but never witnessed. Just curious how many people have gotten a drop from the vampire.

He probably does he's just so often skipped which could explain rarity. Never been in a run where we killed him.
As far as i know he drops soaring, pilgrim, or revered purple/pink helms and non-set items like dead, vampyr, and "of fang".
Not possible for mini bosses to drop dragon vanities. It was in the patch notes for the release of dragon vanities. Ill try an find the patch notes.Quote:
