I am not sure if this has been suggested, but I think it would be beneficial to have your damage/heals a different color. To be specific, when you are fighting a boss instead of guessing which red numbers are yours they are... I don't know, orange for example. So you can monitor your own damage and find the best setup to optimize it. As for heals it would also help to see what heals you're doing, same idea with that.
