I could see a unique title backgrounds for top guild. Maybe a gold/silver/bronze background under your guild name or render your guild name with gold/silver/bronze. No other guild titles would have backgrounds nor be colored, but that makes actual titles less appealing.

Before implementing something for top guilds how about actually revamping how is it even counted for the guild to be anywhere near at the top because currently it's all about quantity instead of quality and poor mass recruiting.
Gets really boring and just make people move from one place to another, wandering around.
After seeing how some act regarding guild ranks, I’d be fine if it was eliminated lol
