Never really noticed you can leave a thanks comment? whats that?

They added to your reputation by hitting the green thumbs up
You can leave a message like the one you got "Thanks! You Rock!" Or nothing at all, but still give reputation, and you'll get a "No Comment Made."

where do u leave a comment though...?
