One character per account for honor pvp

Just wanted to give my thoughts about the current state of honor pvp.

There has been some instances where I've gotten a particular player in my team who would drop the matches back to back purposefully(Don't want to mention any names here). Most of them are LB place holders having their main boosted up to a high rank. Now they bring their high level alts (most often tanks) and intentionally play fowl just to prevent others from ranking up. What if there was a fix for it? Perhaps an update that would allow a selection of only one character per account for honor pvp access for a particular season? This might prevent the match dropping abuse using alt chars.
