cannot be sure about that as many mini event n new mini..as well rumor about new lvl cap n expansion is near...so,its will be diffrent than prev year...thus,do not expect it n when its diffrent,its not sts fault as they never release official anouncement yet...for now,let njoy grinding the goblin.. :)

Yeah only this year the event its not released on the exact date as like previous years

Don't think so, goblin was relatively late , so i reckon ursoth is going to have to take a sprint if the ugly troll wants to make it here on time

I guess you need to wait for mid August for Ursoth, good luck :)
