Hey, I accidentally clicked on „open“ while on my eclipse title… is there a way this can be revoked? I bought that title for trading and now it is no longer in my inventory due to my stupid mistake while not paying attention which row exactly was selected in my inventory… can this somehow be reverted? Would mean a lot if a dev or someone from the support team could help me out here. Thanks a lot!
I accidentally opened an egg on an alt. One that I spent $50 USD on of plat. I asked support if they can help and was told no. I didn’t even summon the pet it’s just in stable.
I’m going to guess the same will go for titles. :-
Massive suck though. Sorry it happened to you. It’s a small business and they probably just don’t have the manpower to work through all these little issues and focus their efforts on content.
Email support, doesn't hurt to try. Worst that can happen is they say no.
