For me it looks like some sort of a fungus infection. I had a fungus infection under me big toe's nail. Wasn't pretty :D.
Shouldn't be that serious but it would be good to confirm what it is and get the right medication to KEEL it.
But yet again I am not a doctor so u shouldn't take my word as the absolute truth :D
Ring worm?
Maybe they're plantar warts, but they don't look like them because warts are skin colored, while in the photo the spots are white. The pictures too blurry to tell for sure.
Just ask the doctor because that's their job
Aides.
Would help you find out what they were.
Does it hurt when you apply pressure? Is it like a bump on your skin or does it look like it's in your skin? It'd be best to see a doctor anyway.
Speaking from expirience it kinda looks like the starting of athletes foot or some blister type cluster thinggs lol eh, but yeah go see a doctor.

Real life doctors man. or if you seriously dont think it is not serious (I could not bring myself to look in the spoiler) some family or friend.
Haha, no clue what I was thinking when I made this thread, I blame sleep deprevation and television :P
