Devs, Can We have an option for the guild master to allow a certain person that can place furnitures in guildhall rn only the master can place furnitures

Im an officer and id like to place (design) some furniture but our guild master cannot just entrust the "master" title to someone so please let us have an option that an specific officer can place and decorate the guild hall : ) please need some answer asap
