First and foremost this campaign differs to all the other campaigns on game. The Dragkin Terror campaign is unique.
Crafting the mythic items and set requires you to actually farm the campaign in order to buy the recipes with a new currency of Dragkin Fangs which are looted after killing each boss. Crafting the equipment adds a proc to each item and each proc is unique. In order to get the set bonus and aura you need to wear all 5 crafted pieces.
However the level 115 weapons for this campaign are rather weak and the proc is also weak, and the recommended weapons to use are Mythic 110 and Elite 105 weapons for their much stronger and powerful proc to kill the bosses.
Only capped characters at level 115 can receive the weekly quests from the NPC in towne Lt Hudson, as well as loot the Mythic 115 equipment.
You have cap to level 115 to craft items at The Forge.

Uncrafted level 115 Mythic equipment has a L115 at the beginning if their names.

Please be aware that crafting only adds special procs to each equipment. It does not add any stats to the gear to make it stronger, the base stats are exactly the same as uncrafted level 115 gear. So if you do not like the procs of the equipment, you can choose not to craft them.
What does PROC mean?
- Abbreviation of programmed random occurrence
- A proc is a term that refers to a weapon, item or ability activating with the "Chance on Hit" or "Chance on Use" effect (an ability or a spell).
On Pocket Legends we have weapons an amulet and pets that have procs.
The beach baron amulets and certain pet have procs and you will see a special aura on your character when the random proc is activated. For example when the ATX-50 pet procs the wearer has a green glow to them.

Each proc is random and will give the wearer special bonuses, ranging from luck, gold loot, speed, and stat bonuses. Procs only last for a certain amount of seconds and some have cool down periods before it can proc again.

The Atx-50 Vanity pet description states it rewards you:
50 STR, DEX and INT and 25% gold loot.
The "Proc" of the pet is activated by chance after you kill an enemy and you receive a visual green aura "Alien force field" which is 3000 damage and 3x speed lasting for 5 seconds.

WEEKLY QUESTS
There are six (6) weekly quests that you require to receive crafting components that are essential to craft your Mythic gear to get a special proc once upgraded.
Each weekly quest requires you to kill a boss 50 times. The 6th weekly quest (Venomous Dragkin) requires you to kill bosses, however the drop of rhe quest is a chance and random and amounts to 100.
The most vital quest is the Platonious boss;

Where you get a chance of a drop from any boss in the Dragkin Terror Campaign:

The best map to complete this quest is Map 3: Platonious Lair because it is a smaller map and has three bosses that can drop the quest. The quest drop is random and I feel it is similar if not more difficult than the Ichor Quest back in pre Black Smoke Mountain quest because the drop rate feels like 1/10 runs or more to get a quest drop.

Each Mythic item crafted requires one Dragkin Mastery Stone, and this is only obtained from a weekly quest.
So in theory if you only have one 115 character it will take you at least 4 weeks to craft the first four Mythic items.
The Pendant will take at least 3 weeks to craft if you are capable of completing the 100 Venomous Dragkin quest each week.
My advice, if you have capped more than one level 115 on the same account, same email.
Complete all the weekly quests on the other level 115 too, this way you can stash your dragon blessing stones and the dragon mastery stone. And go back to your main 115 character to farm dragon fangs , to buy the recipes.
Ensure that you complete the weekly Platonius Dragon Scales quest, to obtain the Dragon Mastery stone.
Complete Map 3 quests first before you can get the most difficult quest of the Venomous Dragkin, which is hardest and required to craft the Pendant. This quest is challenging and it takes a really dedicated and hardcore farmer to complete this quest each week. If you do not complete it, it rolls over to the next week.
The Pendant requires three weekly Venomous Dragkin quests to get the stones to craft, and the Venoms are a random drop from any Boss in The Dragkin Terror campaign.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Equipment to use and craft in this new campaign of The Dragkin Terror
If you are fond of PvP (Player versus Player), It is recommended to craft the 5 mythic pieces to get the pvp set bonus. Both the STR set and INT sets have very high health bonuses the DEX set little less, however it is a huge amount of stat bonus and beneficial if you do not have the most over powered bow on game the arcane rarity of the Old Platinum-sides bow.

Despite the added stat bonuses of the 5 piece crafted mythic set for PVE is better, however the 1 handed weapons themselves of 115 are single target, the proc is rather weak and can not combat the high damage, armor and health the mobs and enemies as well as the Bosses of The Dragkin Terror.
I do recommend crafting the Pendant for PVE which awards you damage and DPS gain. But for the amount of farming required to craft the new pendant it is a fun and worth while grind, but the little stat bonus without using all 5 pieces is so minimal. And not necessary for PVE.

Using the best dex build in game, this example, the stat bonus is:
5 Dex

The amount of time to complete each Venomous Dragkin weekly quest, and dragkin fangs 5000 required for the recipe it a very challenging and hard grind even for a farmer. The little stat bonus is not a requirement for pve considering the level 115 weapon will nor be used and the 5 piece crafted Mythic set bonuses will not come into affect.
However for PVP using all 5 crafted Mythic 115 pieces do provide a ;
Significant stat boost especially for STR
- 250 health regen & 1200 health
Medium boost for INT
- 250 health regen & 700 health
And small boost for DEX
- 250 health regen & 500 health
Overall EQUIPMENT RECOMMENDATIONS
The level 115 Mythic equient is far superior to level 110 Ebonthrax equipment.
However, the two (2) handed weapons level 115 Mythic's are weaker than the level 110 Ebonthrax ones.
Here are some examples of the damage differences between the Mythic Dragkin 115 two (2)handed weapons vs the Ebonthax two (2) handed weapons.
In these examples I am wearing base Mythic Dragkin 115 weapons and Ebonthax weapons to compare the statistics of damage differences, base statistics are slightly weaker. But the Damage differences are significant.

Wearing the full crafted 5 pieces increased our stats significantly, but because the weapon is weak in pve, I personally do not use the full 5 mythic crafted pieces.

With this example i have full crafted Dex mythic 115 gear with full enchantments on helm, talon (50 damage each slot), armor (400 health each slot) and wing (50 Health each slot) and the ring is fully enchanted Sinful Signet of Evil (50 damage each slot).

I found the crafted Tinker's Pendant has a significant increase only if you wear the crafted level 115 mythic 5 set pieces and yes is worth crafting for PVE.
However, the weapons are not viable for end game farming and you do not use the weapon and lose the set bonus.
Using the full crafted mythic 5 pieces is more beneficial for PVP.

Please understand, there is a difference between "splash damage weapons" and "weapons that stun, debuff & damage over time".
A splash damage weapon is a weapon that when it hits a target, any enemy close to that target will get damaged too. The range of splash varies for each weapon.
Some examples are: Lustrous staff, Alien Staff of Fate, WE.XE Candy Cane Staff, Ice Wizard Candy Cane Staff, Ebonthrax bow, Arothraxis bow, Mythic's Dragkin bow.

Has very high damage and when it hits its target, there is a snow splash effect which also hits the enemies next to the first target and the range of splash is large.
Very effective with a lot of weak enemies that do not reset to their original spawn spot (have no pull range). You can gather them all and run in circles and shoot when they are in a ball, and your splash damage weapon will hit them all at once.

Splash damage weapons are versatile and best, during gauntlet maps, or the Oktal Odessey Campaign of the swamps, Otktal Basin, Bayou and Bog.Or during The Dragkin Terror Campaign for Map 1 and Map 2 , but not for the bosses because it is too weak and can not stun or debuff the main Strong boss with a massive amount of health.
In other words when you have a lot of enemies you can gather together and kill that are not too strong. Certain maps you can gather the enemies together and they will follow you, but others some enemies have a certain distance you can pull them or they will reset to their original spawn spot.
It is vital that you do you use weapons that stun, debuff & damage over time on all the bosses in this campaign or you will not be able to kill the bosses quickly especially the Platonious boss in map 3, who has little red dragon healers that assist him.

This stun weapon is single target, only hits the one target at a time, and is most vital when killing bosses with massive amounts of health. The weapon stuns the boss and he can not heal or use buffs or debuffs and the health bar will reduce more quickly then other weapons with splash damage or no proc or at all.

Always look for the little red coloured dragons that are healers and buff the other dragons. When in this new campaign, target and kill them first. The little red dragons have a healing skill as well as a skill that buffs up the yellow dragons with a shield defensive orb as well as the bosses and dragkin lords.

Overall Equipment Recommendations
So what is the best items to use for each class and why? and in which scenario do you use what particular weapon and why?
With The Dragkin Terror campaign level 115 for end game, the most important thing to do is to craft your mythic items, then awaken and enchant the items , and lastly using the best splash damage weapon for the small easy enemies and using a stun weapon for the bosses (or you can not kill the boss at all)
