If I respec my powers, how does that work? Just let you move one power, or it removes all your training and then gives you all the points back to put them wherever you want?

If I respec my powers, how does that work? Just let you move one power, or it removes all your training and then gives you all the points back to put them wherever you want?
Resets all invested power points so you can re-assign them wherever you want.
