Can you still buy low level rings with plat on PL 2020

Ok, idk. I haven't been on PL for so long, L76 was the level cap. When I got back, it seems that a lot have changed while I left lol, such as all items from the plat store are now trade-able and everything in CS prices are inflated significantly. Just wondering if the plat store still sells l10 rings because I can't find them. If not, then where do I get them? Let me know, cheers.

There r better rings u can get now the plat store was made alot more expensive so its a waste to buy anything from it since everything is tradeable
