Suggestion - Mage lightning skill "lightning strike" upgrade (PVE)

I am writing this new thread hopping STS will increase the chance % for lightning storm in PVE maps.

Currently the skill has only 15% chance to explode and 25% chance if Charge.

Can you please review this upgrade to suggest 30-45% chance on un-charge to explode. Charging the skill it is quite redundant in PVE as we hardly have time to "charge" lightning skill in PVE.

I agree. lightning needs a buff comparing to other skills

You also must be the one to kill the enemy with that lightning strike; making it even more rare... maybe if it didn’t have to kill the enemy to explode it would be better
