As i know Nortal for this quest not counting. He is no miniboss, he count for aps and weekly, but not for the quest with bosses forgotten ruins

Yes, we can. But for most of us orc tarcs no longer really needed, no? Sadly a lot of things we not need are given for doing quests and we cant really use for take something helpfull for.

I noticed since some days my bombs against lich shield seems not working. I tried a lot of runs, but not one light bomb broke the shield. Maybe take a look into? Ty
