What is the difference in XP? AS in if you get a kill on a map alone and you get 10xp for example - when someone else joins, do uyouu get 5 each?!

You're both right. A lvl 4 can't help complete the map, but at the same time they have paid for it.

How about if you're 5 lvls bellow, you only get xp if YOU get kills. Which obviously wouldn't...
