Well, karma has changed their rules. Prevention of dummy farmer and other rules. If those rules are violated..then the result is a warning or most likely to be an insta kick.

yes, even most of the time you can barely attack the boss. I suggest until the bug gets fixed go to the other side an attack the boss

99% of the events any levels can farm the event. None of the devs ever mentioned that twinks cannot farm this event. They even made the LB opened up to all levels.
