Try getting another weapon and compare it. I have arcane drag sword and it literally swings every 0.5 seconds and for maul it takes 1 second to swing and takes like .5 sec more to charge it up which...

Since it’s a very rare weapon, the amount of times it can swing should be fix. It’s very slow when swinging the weapon compare to any other weapon and it takes a lot longer to charge the weapon.
