Just my 2 cents, but aren't DOTs pretty important for PvE? You're build is missing the fire & ice DOT. It looks to me that your build is catered more towards PvP. How do you do when running elites?

It seems their usefulness is dependant on your crit lvl. If you have a high crit 20%+, it may be worth trying.

I'm interested to see if focusing on int+ dex + crit will make a DOT spec viable
