Red crystals are dropped from rogue when the new planar pendant procs .... the visual effect of this proc is like arcane ring one but pink/purple... in ur photo u can see that :)

Probably is the devourer bow , it 's a black twink weapon whit a red light effect ....

Opening lockeds u can get arcane eggs(singe, samael, maridos) and the arcane fossil (item needed to craft necro egg).

Slag - cheap/good stats / awesome panic in both pvp & pve

Add Grimm and Blinky to ur pet rotation too both are pretty good and ob Kelvin is usefull in some cases.

first of all charge always your clocks and Heal is useless in PvE it just provides aggro so dangerous in elites. My suggestion use those 2 points to get gale (usefull when u have to run fast) or in...
