It's been awhile since I've played AL. Last time I played seriously was when I hit the level cap of 41. Have there been any major changes or new developments that are fun?

I want to start pvp with a rogue, most likely at lvl 13
I have 1.9 million gold to spend.
Any idea if this is enough?
And what gear to buy?

It's like windows 8.1 Rt. You can't install chrome on that i think. Not being able to use chrome stinks..

This lvl to 41 upgrade lets lots of inexperienced and possibly undergeared players run with people who actually lvled from 1-41. I have had multiple runs with new players at 41 making the runs...
