People still farm for pinks, but if they level up too far beyond 20, pvp will have outrageous wait times. If the cap is raised, make it at most 23 so they can still pvp with 20's (soft cap).

I thought about it, that point could give me 15 attack, 15 def, or 50 hp (can't go a third into dmg, but it would be +5).

While your at it, add a pvp entrance and vendors in the halls (as Yuno said). The more expensive the hall, the more that's put in it.
