Is it worth it? Theres no innate crit buffs for the sorcerer so even building full crit on your items won't net you much. I'd like to be able to use my lightnings crit damage though.

But windmill doesn't even have a knockback effect... thats chest splitter. And juggernauts defense steroids are better than rally cry imo, atleast for yourself.

It isn't specified in the tooltip but I assume it's less than 10% for the weapon i'm using, which procs int and mana regen.

Just made my 3rd character slot a rogue and there seems to be no way around mana problems. I cant spec into intel too much because I need the other stats as well, and theres so innate mana reduction...
