Actually, you can get good weapon for monks to start on ogre insane if you have a huntress.

Set up gas & the 80 mana traps near the entrance where the ogre spawns. Swap character using the forge...

ogre crash/crush (forgot which is the one used to name the level) insane mode ! pretty lucky to get it though. =P

you can't. you need a button or some other input control

I'll recommend "Queen's Crown", "Solomen's Keep" and also "Trainyard"
