Ebon bow proc is same as Ebon sword not the aegis. Daggs have the reflect proc.

Ideally you want to use both ebon weapons to be most effective. Run ebon sword for clearing mobs, as the proc is very consistent down and one proc will take half health from any affected mobs in end...

Basically, everyone has one letter that will just not drop. I have an even distribution of L, O, V. But the Letter E has about the same drop rate as ebons for me. :)

It should Proc as often as terror blade does, especially considering only one target is affected by the proc. Increased proc rate was a step in the right direction but not nearly enough.

If sword proc would hit multiple targets caught in AOE, would be fine with current dmg and proc rate. With only one mob being affected, proc rate is currently too inconsistent with long charge time...
