If your party 3/4 warriors then yes, you cant kill boss. You need party from 1 warrior and 3 or 2 rogues and mage. And then its easy.

Then why we have to attack craters in hauntlet instead going forward and attack medic packs from boss? Atleast fix those two.

Rogues supose to kill you in 1on1 battle. Rogues created for that, but if you attack us with group we screwed :D

Now, please fix traps in pvp. Traps can be activated by your team member and sometimes net can catch team member, so its ridiculous.

My pvp pet is jack, just because huge mana regen.

Everything fine here, but few months ago was same problem like yours... Countless dc and lag (but only 2 days). Maybe your device too weak for this game, try to play on other device.

Shipmaster bow also have stun/freeze proc. Yes freeze, sometimes enemie froze after shot, but rare. But I want winter bow just for look :)

Its not bug, you cant step in acid while killing boss. Better use bow for this boss:)
