CS only lets me sell epic items. Im trying to sell a arcane item and it won't let me. In fact, it won't let me sell anything above epic. What up with that?

I'm probably going to feel stupid for asking once I hear the answer but why does my equipment inventory show "357 of 500" inventory slots taken when I've only taken up 116 slots?
