PL has this, but we removed it for AL. We actually played around with bringing it back for Elder Woods, but reintroducing a locked target when combat has been this way for 12 years just seemed wrong....

Awakenings are meant to just be stat boosts. These seem more like custom jewels/stones to me, especially if they have 'procs' or custom behavior.
