Don't think this is against TOS. It's a huge risk to buy up all the crates. No one might even buy his zodiac chests after which will be a huge hit on them.

It's all about luck and I'll tell u that $200 won't get you the best items in the game. There used to be a player who spent 10k to get the best items like the Dragon arcane ring and other op items....

I think it's fine, let people spend money and become op. 2 seasons later legendaries will have the same damage. This has always been the case. Be OP by spending :)

Yep things have changed for sure! Base price of even vanities coming from locked crates is 5-10m vs the 1-2m back in the days.
