unless i'm just running around. I charge aimed shot if i'm just running here and there.

For pvp, i use
aimed
nox
shadow piercer
medic packs

strategy:
when I see the enemy, I use aimed shot. then nox and then shadow piercer. i use medic packs if my health is low (duh lol .-.)...

it still brings you close.
also you don't really have to use medic packs if you're a pve rogue.
medic packs are more useful and beneficial if you're a pvp rogue.

i use aimed shot, nox, trap and shadow veil.
