as far as ive seen in other pvp games , a tactical pvp is the one that everyone have same stats and equipment and the only thing that matters is the skills and experience.

I dont think it helps at all. if ppl see a item that will expire after for example 2 hours they probably wont buy it cause they may think this item is overpriced because no one bought it after 3...
