Are two handed weapons worth using? Their dps is lower than a dual wielded weapon of the same level and they attack much slower ( which makes sense). Is there maybe a special way im sposed to use it...

I heard it increases health regen. But does it also reduce damage or anything?
Also for PvP should i get defense items or the health based items?
