I have had the band of life on my dex bear since rings first became an option and just noticed that it isn't working as advertised.
The +10 dmg? Check.
+1 h/s? Check.
+1 m/s? Not so much..........

The unlock game features page still says somethin bout buy respecs in the lil blurb...
Just so ya know...
