it could be just like the Valentine set where the bonus stats only works in PvE so it won't affect PvP (which I believed the reason why the stats of un-crafted set where the same).

I think some or one of these sets Nox Vidmate VLC along with the Blood Dragon set would be a great addition to the PL Birthday event!

Unfortunately some players do Speed Test not think of others and rush to the boss and clear the Map before the entire party is full of 5 members.

I don’t think only one person in the game should be able to enjoy the Blood Dragon set.

Maybe it has to do with the fact that no one likes playing with enchants? Do you think that might be it?
