does this weapon also proc using attack skills and normal attack? we tried it using normal attack weapon procs in less than a min but we tried it using all attack skills it didn't proc we tried it...

Imo its much better to have atleast 3 packs just like the planar pendant proc and also make it a lilbit longer before its gone same as planar pendant pickups too :) also add some effects if you proc...
