I am trying to find out a agreed standard as an requirement of my permier guild. If i set it at 180+ dmg. It would be too hard to hire new mates....

What stats do u think a top 5% players will have? For all class.
I would say 140+ dmg for sorc
130+ dmg for rogue
80+ dmg and 500+ armour for warr
