If your guild members die 0-6 times everytime they complete a run that is ok as thats pretty average for deaths per run. If you dont like the guild, just join another.

How long do you have to wait for to get all 4 bosses to spawn, 5 mins? The time taken to run there is about 45sec to a min so it isnt as efficent as some people might think. :)

You can get there after you complete the kraken questline. KM3 is also known as the 3rd Level of Kraken Mines.

For people with average gear at brakenbridge, they have chance for 5 locks. For people with average gear at km3, that would be there time right up there, 2min 30 sec. For solely farming crates, jarl...
