Sorry, but that item has had 4% str, 15% speed, 5% speed, 4% str since 2023 (verified from history in the database).

Ah, looks like there was an unintended color change for the gear/vanity loadout icons. This should be fixed if you patch.

You can change the opacity yourself. Options > Game I > Hotbar Layout.

What does Stockman say when you talk to him? Those dailies require having chosen some specific conversation branches.

This should be fixed for the next update, at least for the skeletops case.
