Like the experts stated. Bears are tanks, I'd really prefer seeing them doing more crowd control rather than damage. So I vote dual spec.

Sentinel Death Talon Set is the best set you could possibly find out there. For Pure Dex Birds. Other than the looks, it has awesome stats, great crit and skill damage. Plus the h/s and m/s you get...

you can farm one the the Secret Pasage in Fathom. :)

having one point in heal for PvP is also pretty useless. You may have died just when you clicked the heal. Not really recommended.

Edit: Dex actually gives more skill damage for bears. I've tested...

Probably. And maybe a rare item for people who have completed the 'PokeDex'. Vanity prefably. Gives more end-game material.
