Here's what I think ,from lvl 21-25 cap at lvl25. Cuz after lvl 26 its harder to drop certain vanitys.
example ; farming for gamer leg at lvl lower then lvl 26, u have better chances for gamer leg...

I've drop twice,both time its with one or more players fighting him.
First drop , got it in second try .

But u can have multiple ,toons In one account, I think up to 4 toons. But will cost you 25 platinum, each new toon & can share (stash able items & Vanitys)
