These have been adjusted if you patch.

The other possible cause I know if is if you're in a region where google doesn't support in app purchasing.

They were visible for a little while, and we got too many complaints, so now they only show in avatar/inspect/lobby and in zones.

I'm guessing you're looking for some visual effect provided by a buff the item gives, in which case, those are not visible in auction.
