You do not understand that CTF is a team game, to get kills you need to spend time and outmaneuver your enemy it's not about the kills but the team game (your game) maybe it is sometimes unbalanced...

And another warrior who is not satisfied because he can not get his kills...

there is no best build it's the way you play. Example: As / Nox / Shield / medic - Full dex, Int or Str (works fine for me) you should look at what your gameplay fits.
