Sorry that you don't like the new expansion flashbackflip. We are listening to constructive feedback though and aren't opposed to making changes based on player consensus, so don't give up on it.

Passives will not be coming with the next content update. We decided that since the current skills cannot be maxed out yet we shouldn't introduce passives at this time.

The weapon has rare, epic, and legendary versions. The legendary version has a mana regen proc as well. :)
