trust us linkin, passive dmg works if u hav high dmg (270+).

jst find out hw mch % is increase from 1500armour (lvl31) when abadon is equiped.
and also 1000armour(lvl21).
u can see d difference.
as here armour is calculated as "x%" dmg reduction.
