The %damage doesnt show on your char, you only see your DPS. The extra 10 % apply to the damage you deal (red numbers over mobs)

Every build is a compromise.

Atm you should only spend your stat points depending on the gear and pet you use. No need to add int when your gear adds 1000 mana.

I wondered if that might be a damage vs. DPS issue? Might be weapon shows damage and char page shows DPS? That'd mean the heartseekers are slower.

You can do four quests a day, the guy in the first town has two.

I got from Founder packs:

Betrayer'sHat of Grace
Archer Armor of Grace

You can see when it proc when you use widow daggers (green glowing things) and there is a big red "Widow cloud" above your enemy's head.

Aimed shot = high damage, single target, boss killing build
Noxious Bolt = lower damage, aoe, dot, mob clearing build

The "net retraction" update of the "entangling trap" skill has a 20 % chance. Imo to make this skill useful this chance should be significantly higher when used charged.

Also depends on the weapon you use. Lifethief steals hp on every charged attack, use it charged. Heartseeker and widows have a chance to proc, do lots of single attacks to get lots of procs.

I got 51 story tokens atm, in the purchase pet pop up it says I have 2. Doesn't matter cause I don't want to buy but still looks wrong.
