what about talent points for the special attacks? do I max out anything? and what do i go for

yes I am going for pve and looking for more dps damage. Idk if should just respec with a balance of dexterity being a little more than str. since i went for all str already at lvl 28 I have no idea...

im level 27 with 88 str and 42 dxt. I dont have time to catch up otherwise I cant wear desired armor or weapons :/
and I dont have platinum either

to use talons and a wing or 2 daggers, do i respec to having more dxt than str or dxt and very little str

well i wanna use talons and maybe a wing or 2 daggers for dps. I want to respec and I have a pink talon called jewel thief's ice spike and many more to buy

Im trying to go for attack so I should put more dex in ?

Im going to try to respec into a more dex/str bear. is it only 2 platinum for everything? and should I have more dex or more str

well I have 88 str and 42 dex should I just pump all points to dex so I can try to use talons/or double daggers in future levels?

one more question.
since my dex level is still low should i buy a talon for low levels or keep on pumping points until I can reach a good talon.
and can I use dual weapons, talon blade?

im level 26 and I heard that dual spec does a lot of damage for pve so I wanted to try it out since I cant really tank I'd rather be support
